Shipping policy

At Bawaall, we are all about delivering Desi swag to your doorstep with speed and style. here's how we ship: 

Processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will get a confirmation email once your order is ready to roll.

Shipping time:  3 to 5 business days. (Viva are trusted Courier partners like delhivery. Blue Dart, etc.)

Order tracking: Once your order ships we will get a tracking link Viva email to keep an eye on your Bawaall swag!

 

Important note: 

We are not responsible for delays due to courier issue, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer.

Please double check your address at checkout-orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be re-shipped for free.

In case of return to origin (RTO) due to incorrect addresses on non-delivery, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
